Simon is engaged to Kim and has been accepted by the Church of England to train as a vicar. In the meantime he bravely lodges at the Vicarage, and is involved with most things at Holy Trinity. Neil is a Scotsman who, since leaving Scotland, lived in London, Cambridge, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and Wolverhampton before coming to West Bromwich.
